1 Introduction

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the skor888 Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time. The most current version of these Terms shall always be available on this page.

You further agree that:

• You are accessing and using the Platform of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation engaged in prohibited betting activities;
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that you take full responsibility for your wagering decisions;
• You will not hold skor888 liable for any losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform, save where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the skor888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Skor888 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, irrespective of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction. This is a strict requirement.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your place of residence prior to registration.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who lack capacity to contract may not register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to create new accounts.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Attempts to register multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity, are strictly prohibited.
• True Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting at skor888, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Skor888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

Skor888 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.2 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Skor888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

Skor888 is obligated to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests.

6.1 Documents Required

Players will typically be asked to provide the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (photo page);
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in adequate lighting;
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or photo of your registered payment method (e.g., e-wallet account screen, bank statement) to confirm ownership.

6.2 Verification Timeframe

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving all required documentation. Skor888 reserves the right to request additional documentation where deemed necessary and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposit Methods

Skor888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player elects to deposit via cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. The current limits applicable to each method are displayed on the Deposit page within the Platform. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• The Player must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks at skor888's discretion, particularly for high-value or first-time withdrawals;
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

7.4 Fees

Skor888 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for most Malaysian payment methods. However, cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) are borne by the Player. Third-party fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside skor888's control and may apply.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Skor888 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• A Player may not claim the same welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether they create additional accounts;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings;
• Skor888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, skor888's decision shall be final and binding.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Skor888 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between Players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, and associated funds may be forfeited.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the skor888 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sports betting rules in force at the time the wager is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the Platform specifically offers a cash-out function for a given market;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or rescheduling, skor888's settlement rules — as set out in the sportsbook section of the Platform — shall apply;
• Skor888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular market movements;
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These are published in the relevant sportsbook section.

9.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanisms supervised by trained dealers;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Skor888 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connectivity issues;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface prior to play commencing.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the skor888 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Conducting any transaction that may constitute money laundering or the funding of unlawful activities;
• Abusing or harassing skor888 staff or other users through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the skor888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interfaces, and compiled data, is the intellectual property of skor888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from skor888.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, skor888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's own error, negligence, or breach of these Terms;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Skor888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

Skor888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and reduce at any time through your Account settings;
• Session Limits: Time-based limits that automatically log you out after a specified period of play;
• Reality Checks: In-session notifications reminding you of elapsed playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: A facility allowing you to exclude yourself from the Platform for a specified period (from thirty days to permanently). During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be closed and you will not receive marketing communications;

15 Amendments to These Terms

Minor or clarificatory amendments may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change, at which point any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to verification.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which skor888 is licensed and registered to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the skor888 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. We aim to resolve all account-related disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication with skor888, Players may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution authority as prescribed by the Platform's operating licence.

16.2 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
